Warp effect to a text?
Hello everybody!
I’m trying to configure the Warp effect on a text.
I applied it on this text:
https://www.francoandrade.com/stuff/warp1.jpgOk, but the problem is when I try to rotate it in the Z axis, it gives me a distortion on the text, like this:

https://www.francoandrade.com/stuff/warp3.jpgDoes anyone know how to preserve the first distortion when I rotate it? Does AE has any option like “break a part” in Flash?

The problem is that this is a shareware pluguin.
I hope this have a solution without any pluguin, don’t you? -
Precompose your text with its distortion. Then you can swivel the precomp to your heart’s content.

Thanks, but yet it didn’t solve my problem.
It’s ok when I pre-compose it, but the problem is that I need to set the button “For comp layer”, to rasterize the text, otherwise it would be pixelated.
When I set “For comp layer” the text becomes again with the weird distortion. Any solution?

I guess a work around would be to just create your text in illustrator and go from there.
