Vue 5 Infinite integration with AE 6.5 Pro
Hi! I was wondering if anyone has had any experience importing and compositing Vue 5 Infinite multi pass renders in AE 6.5. I’m wondering what the workflow is. I also use Maxon Cinema 4D. In the Maxon program each channel renders as it’s own Quicktime file and then an aec. file is generated that makes a comp in AE that reconstructs the layer structure and blending modes. Every multi pass channel becomes a separate layer in AE. It really works slick. I’m wondering if Vue 5 Infinite has anything similiar.

You can export both RLA and layered PSDs from Vue. You just have to use the proper render settings. Works like a charm.
