VTS (VOB ) Into Premier Pro
Is There a way of importing VTS(VOB)files into Premier Pro or do I have to find another program to convert these files to AVI or something so I can then import them.

VOB/VTS files are MPEG-2, which isn’t the best format for editing. It’s always best if you transcode to a format suitable for editing.
That being said, if you rename the file to .MP2 or .MPG, there’s a fairly good chance Premiere Pro will read it fine.
What version of Premiere Pro are you using? Prior to 2.0, playback of MPEG-2 can be troublesome if you have multiple MPEG decoders installed on your system. It’s something to watch out for.

Thanx Tim – I am running Prem Pro 1.5 & was wondering whether to update to Pro 2.(so there is one reason)
Anyway I will try your suggestion and see just what happens.
