VTR replacements and multiple cards, anythign new?
I’m getting to the point in our project where I need to make a commitment to an ingest/playout system and the new Black Magic Decklink Extreme and VirtualVTR are the front runners at the moment. I’d love to have something that could handle more than a single card (and therefor record/playback stream) per Mac.
QuickClip Pro looked interesting, but it sounds like that’s now relegated to “legacy” status. The softron products look interesting, but not nearly as full featured.
Any news? Thanks!

Maybe I’m interpreting the status of QuickClip incorrectly, will have to check tomorrow during biz hours.
