VTR Emulation in FCP
I found the Virtual VTR thread from last September. I just wanted to as the question again to see if the situation has changed…
Is there a product to allow VTR Emulation from inside the FCP timeline?

There isn’t and Virtual VTR is the only workaround solution. It isn’t possible to write a plug-in for FCP which would do this – the ability just isn’t there for developers to get that deep into the application.
It would be great to see this in a future version of FCP though, so you know where to go…
