VP 13 Black Screen mov files problem.
Posted by Barış Özgültekin on January 12, 2016 at 11:45 amWhat’s the solution of this problem? I’m looking for a solution for hours, I couldn’t find it yet. I tried everything on youtube, I couldn’t draw a conclusion.

January 13, 2016 at 1:19 amWhat codec does the MOV file contain? Use the QuickTime players Inspector Window (Ctrl+I) and tell us what it says.
Also it would help if your screenshots contain the entire Vegas Pro interface so that we can see if you have the track muted or the opacity set to zero.

January 13, 2016 at 10:44 pmUpdate to the latest versions of Vegas(B453) and to the latest version of Quicktime (7.7.9). Make sure all the Windows updates, and updates for .NET have been installed. Reboot. If the problem is still there, post the “mediainfo” on the quicktime footage. Black frame means Vegas cannot understand the codec properly to display the image. This could be due to any number of reasons, but start with the simple stuff 1st.
