Volumes with identical creation dates
I get the message that one or more volumes have the same creation dates and that this can create problems with linking the files. Two firewire HDs and even my USB-stick is listed as having this problem.

but it did not say how to resolve the problem. Could not find anything in the manual.Any thoughts?

I think you may need to format the volume. Obviously that will erase everything on it so back it up first!

It is a brand new 1 TB LaCie firewire HD which I loaded almost full with material yesterday. Did not have to format any of them up to now before using them. The other affected HD is also 1 TB and about 2 months old. The affected memory stick has been in use since a year!
