Voice Over Radio Imaging Filters
Does anyone know what filters an engineer uses when doing radio imaging? I’m putting together a VO reel for someone and need those tinny synthesized sounds they use. I am using Spark XL as my editor. Thanks.

Also If anyone know where there is a good library of free sfx for something like this I would be eternally greatful.

If you search this forum and the Final Cut Pro forum for “sound effects” and/or SFX you’ll find a lot of recommendations for online sound effects sources. Some are free others charge a few dollars per effect. It varies.
