voice over
This is a question of style in broadcast. I have an intro done by one person and the voice over will be completed by another. Is this a no no? Really would appreciate some of your views.

You’ll need to make sure the person doing the intro gives a toss (“…and let’s go to Fulana del Tal with more with more on this story”) otherwise it will seem like the segement os coming out of nowhere.
