Voice Changer in Premiere Pro CC 2015
HI,
I am looking to make a part of someones voice sound almost like the voice of Ghostface in the movie Scream.
Can I do this in Premiere Pro CC 2015? If not what software, preferably free, would be able to do this?
I have an iMac 27″

Audacity is free, open software.
Google “how to make a creepy voice in audacity” i guess…——————————————
