VOBU Error with Replicator
Okay, who’s seen this one? I delivered a DDP 2.0 image file on a DVD-R data disc to a replicator and he came back with an error saying “VOBU length and number of sectors disagree”. Is this because I’m delivering on a data disc. Can it be solved by delivering on a hard drive?

Do a search, this has be discussed, at length and if I remember it got heated.
Simple answer a scratch on the surface of the disc can cause this.
