    Those are not uncompressed — they’re MPEG-2, uneditable without a utility such as Streamclip (which I haven’t used).

    Ask to talk to the technical person. You deserve the proper files to do your job, so don’t give up until you get what you need. After all, this job is for them. 🙂

    I wouldn’t recommend uncompressed by the way — I’d recommend using the Quicktime Animation codec. Smaller files, excellent quality. If the Office says the resulting files would be too big, ask their technical person for Photo-JPEG Quicktime at 89% or 94% compression.

    Make sure you talk to the technical person.
