    Premiere Pro 2.0 can handle them if you copy them to your hard drive and rename them from *.vob to *.mpg

    Other than that, you would need to purchase the MPEG plugin from MainConcept.

    Or, you can rip them with a DVD Ripper to DV AVI (Type 2)

    Just remember that this should only be done when the original material is not available. Please do not take material from commercial DVDs for anything other than your own personal use.
