  VOB files played off a scandisk?

  Hey all,

  This is really something I’ve never encountered, so bare with me. A client asked me to take a DVD that was made for them, edit it, add content like their logo, etc. Well I made these nice looping DVD’s for them to play in their showroom. Now they call me and are saying that they moved the Video_TS folder onto a scandisk Ultra and are playing that on their HD TV system. It plays off some media player…don’t even know. They tell me that the sound cuts off at a certain point. The VOB’s are playing fine for me, but I’ve never heard of this and don’t see how they will loop or anything. Also, the VO’s are in 2 separate parts. do they just continue like they would off a DVD player? This is all new to me. Also they had me drop in 2 slideshows. I just don’t see why they aren’t playing the nice looping DVD’s that I made. Never asked me about this other way of playing them.
