We have a client that would like to upload .vob files to our ftp site then have us burn them to a DVD to playback as a DVD movie.
When I drag and drop the files to burn to a DVD they just show up as the individual files.

Any suggestions on software that will convert these .vob files for me. I’m running Windows XP SP2.

    Thanks

    Hi Dave,

I would use “MPEG Streamclip” software (free), this is a great tool to have. Allows you to pull the MPEG-2 file and audio (.m2v and .wav) out of VOB, then you can bring those files into authoring program to burn again.

    From http://www.squared5.com

This utility uses QuickTime, so you have to pay for a QT upgrade for MPEG-2 support, or you can install a “QuickTime Replacement” which I did and works fine, no problem with iTunes or anything.
