I use Premiere Pro 2.0 and just began vlogging. I did one post, but it looked blurry and the audio wasn’t that great. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I should encode my video and what parameters I should use before posting to the site so that it looks and sounds good?

Depends on what site. Sites such as YouTube will take whatever you give it and convert it to flash…something which you don’t have much quality control over. There have been previous threads on some best practices to get tolerable results in Youtube.
