    Hey guys,

I’m working on a photography exhibit, I’m trying to project photos along with music and I want the music to drive the display of the photography. This includes movement, speed, transitions what-have-you. I’m trying to find software that will allow me to take a long loop of audio, select a folder of images and will combine the two randomly.

    Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I don’t know of any off-the-shelf software that can do what you’re asking, but you might look into Apple’s Quartz Composer. It’s a node-based graphics development tool that you could use to develop the effect you’re describing, but there will be a substantial learning curve.

Great suggestion, Thomas — Animoto might be worth a look, too.
