    Dear superior brains,

I can’t wrap my head around this: I purchased a virtual studio package that uses Element 3D v2. I’ve recorded an anchor on green screen with his hands on the table, keyed everything out, looks nice. Now I place this keyed footage into the Element 3D setup, and here’s the problem: The footage of course intersects with the desktop, i.e. the hands disappear into the desktops surface.

I can comp the keyed layer in After Effects on top of the Element 3D layer to solve the issue, but then I don’t get any reflections (of the anchor on the desktop surface). So as it seems, the issue needs to be solved within the Element 3D setup. Does anyone have an idea how I can do this?

    Big thanks in advance

    Daniel
