Virtual PC 6 dosent work with Tiger
After installing tiger on my g4 1.5 ghz powerbook my virtual pc 6 locks up everytime I try to open it. I have some very important files in there and I am wondering if any one has experienced this problem, or knows of any solutions, fixes etc.

Unfortunately Microsoft admits there are issues with VPC and Tiger:

Virtual PC 6 won’t work with Panther or Tiger. Virtual PC 7 works with both.

Virtual PC 6.1 has been working fine with panther for the past few months. Do you think If I upgraded to VPC 7.0 it would slove this problem? I am worried about upgrading a software that dosent work. Thanks for the comments so far. I am not worried about the networking problems etc. I just need to get into my programs to get the info.

I upgraded to VPC 7.0 and everything is working again. I have also noticed speed increase with 7.0. Thanks to all who commented.
