    Hello,

I have to upload on vimeo.
I do not know if it’s better to upload in 1080p 10-20Mbps or in 720p 10-20Mbps because at the end they re encod in 720p.

I cannot see difference on my small screen between video in 720 or in 1080. So i cannot know if the bitrate is enough si I try a render with tthe two pass (10 – 28 Mbps) and the render is in 10 Mbps, that means that 10 Mbps are enough for my video in 1080 ?

    Thanks !

It’s better to upload 720p because you will get higher quality at the same bit rate because the resolution is smaller.

…and people watching on their cell phone or tablet won’t be able to tell the difference either. 😉

Two pass makes a big difference when you are rendering to low bit rates. At that high a bit rate, two pass isn’t going to show much of a difference.
