Activity Forums Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy Vignette Effect?

    Uhm.. where exactly are we supposed to put these effects? I’ve downloaded them and placed in the plugins folder (HD/ Library / Application Support / Final Cut Pro System Support / Plugins) and i restarted FCP but i cant seem to find them?

    What effects exactly are you talking about? What computer are you talking about? What version of FCP are you talking about?

    So im referring to the vignette and face light effects [vignette in particular] on this site
    Im using FCP version 6.0.5 on Mac OS X 10.5.5

    The Effects tab in the browser is searchable. You should find them in the Color Correction submenu.

    Indeed they were in the color correction submenu, thanks heaps.
    Btw, i cant see a search field in the effects tab? (obviously I’m new to FCP)

    Cmd-F is the find function in the browser.
