  Viewing X-OCN RAW in Rec709

  Hi all.

  I received a whole shoot from the Sony Venice — original 6k in X-OCN ST and ProRes HD transcodes for editing.

  FCPX has no problem playing back the ProRes and I’ll be doing grading in Resolve. So far so good.

  Ok. The images are blue.

  I thought I’d be able to apply an sLog3cine camera LUT in the clip metadata and get useable rec709 in one click. I’ve done it many times before with Sony cameras. First time with the Venice and first time with X-OCN.

  It stays blue. Blue hue. No rec709.

  I’ve downloaded Sony’s own LUTs and tried those.

  It stays blue. The intensity changes.

  Any ideas? Please. This is driving me insane.
