    Viewing Premiere Pro source files on external monitor

    Hello
    I am using Premiere Pro 6 on a Mac Pro with a Decklink Extreme HD card.
    I can view the Program on the external monitor through my Decklink card without a problem but when I switch to Source monitor I can’t.
    I regularly did this in Final Cut Pro for clients to see the rushes on the big screen but can’t seem to on PP6.

    Also, being new to PP and learning the shortcuts, is there a keyboard command to switch between Source and Program monitor ( it was Q on FCP )

    Any help really appreciated
