Viewer wont play video just captured
I’m having a viewer problem on one of my G5’s, It’s running FCP4.5 A.
After I capture a cilp with log and capture, often I double click it in the bin, to open it in the viewer, and then hit play on the viewer to make sure I have good audio and video….
Problem is, when I hit play on the viewer, it plays only one frame and stops.
Any Clues???? It use to work just fine…. again, this is only happening on one of my FCP machines…..

do the video files play in quicktime?

yes. They play just fine on the timeline also.
heres where it gets even wierder (is that a word?) more wierd….If I click the clip once it’s on the timeline it will play in the viewer, but clicking on it from the bin, it doesn’t…. freaky….
I sometimes like to mark my in’s and out’s on the viewer, instead of cutting it on the TL, thus, te reason I’m crying about it….
