    We are in the US

A Viewer from Ireland wants to know if he can play our DVD’s. I searched VEgas help and the forums to see how regions get enbaled with no help.

Can someone in Ireland play our DVD’s if we author on US DVD burners and use Vegas? Where does the
    region codes get placed?

How do I check if we are creating region specific DVD’s?

    THanks

The fortunate part is that people in PAL countries will be able to read and play a NTSC dvd without any problems. The same cannot be said for the reverse though

My understanding is that MOST European DVD players will handle NTSC DVDs. If they have an older model player or TV, they may not be able to.
The good news is that making a PAL DVD from an NTSC original is very easy.
Don’t worry about regions as any DVD created in DVD Architect is region free by default.
