VIDEO_TS vs ISO ???
Vegas’ DVDA 5.2 will create the VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folder/files where I can export the VIDEO_TS folder to burn a DVD. Encore CS5 will give me a single ISO file to burn. ImageBurn will create an ISO file from the VIDEO_TS folder. But which one gives the best quality? VIDEO_TS or ISO?

They are the same. The ISO is a ‘package’ of all the files needed to make the disk.

As Jeff said, they are the same as far as quality goes. having the folders allows you to add another folder like an “EXTRAS” folder while the ISO file is a disc image that you can’t alter in any way.
