Videonis MX-Pro to Final Cut Pro
We have connect-ability with an imac to the a Videonics MX-Pro via firewire but am not picking up signal on the log and capture. Is there a setting that needs adjusted? Under device controls, it’s currently under non-controllable device. Any help would be appreciated as this is the day of shooting.

it should be non controllable, but what are you capture settings?
Should be DV PAL or NTSC
Is it connected to the Videonis Firewire output? -
Thanks Paul. It is connected to the videonics dv output. I’m using a firewire to dv cable. We tested the port on another connection and discovered it seems to be out of order. He’s having the mixer serviced right now so hopefully that will solve the problem.
