Videohub/Smart control – please!
Dear Blackmagic team,
I cannot get any support from any of distributors in Russia, looks like they are not interested to sell your gear. I hope somebody can help me here.
Just three questions:
-Can I control one Compact Videohub with four Smart control panels? Idea is to connect all sources and destinations in post facility to one video switcher and control it from control rooms.
-What is maximum number of Smart Control panels controlling one Videohub?
-When you will start to sell Compact videohub in Russia?Regards

Hi Alexandr,
Firstly, we have two Blackmagic Dealers in Moscow. Details can be found at https://blackmagic-design.com/au/resellers/resellers.asp
To answer your question, you can control Compact Videohub by many Smart Control panels. Four will be very easy. Connect the panels and router to you IP Switch/Router. These will be assigned an IP address and each panel is then configured via the USB utility (supplied with the equipment) to control the Compact Videohub.
