VideoHub not responding to software control
Hi,
I have a 5 month old VideoHub that is not responding to the application. I attempted to connect to it from both a mac and a Pc. I can ping it and it responds. I can disconnect and reconnect it from the ethernet switch and it will respond for 1 – 5 minutes and then drop off line.
It’s not the ethernet switch or the associative cabling. They have been replaced.
The ping is <1ms.
When sniffing the ethernet with etherreal I get a TCP checksum coming from the video switch.
What should I do next?
