Video Underrun errors?
I had two errors while playing out a longer sequence of about 20 minutes today after digitizing from a DVD. The first error, about 10 minutes in, would happen everytime I tried to play through that particular point, be it the source clip or the sequence. I redigitized that section, match framed it by eye, and played it out again, only to have a second error about five minutes later. I was able to play the sequence again without the error re-occuring, so I just did an insert edit a few frames before the problem.
Did I inadvertently do something to cause these errors? Is there an easier way to correct the errors, or prevent them from occuring again? It caused a decent amount of lost time that I got annoyed about.

Where is the media living? Is it on a dedicated fast drive? Is this Dv25 or a format that require high data rates…. sounds like the drive isn’t fast enough.
