    Hi i was asked to get a video under 2mb I’m struggling to find a way to get a video that small. I have several encoding and converters such as mod, aiseesoft, and adobe encoder if that helps.

    Simple math.
    File size is the result of duration times data rate.

    You can use one of any number of free bit rate calculators to figure out the data rate you need (you know the duration of course as well as the file size target). If the result is poor quality, you’d then decrease the frame size (which increases the bits per pixel).
