Video Transition missing – moving from Mac to PC
I have a project that had some push transition that I guess doesn’t exist on the PC and I would like to clear this dialog from coming up every time I open the project.
Video Transition missing: AE.AE_Impact_Push
I tried launching Pr while holding shift but it still comes up. Any ideas how I can clear this without having to open this project on the mac, locate the instance of the transition, delete and save it again? Thanks!

Impact Push is a 3rd party transition.

It’s from Film Impact transition pack 1. (filmimpact.net/demo)
They offered a limited release of this transition pack where some effects (like that one) worked clean and clear and others would watermarked. If they still allow a free download, you could clear the issue by installing that transition pack, and just use the four transitions they permit you to use for free.

Sorry, maybe I wasn’t clear. I don’t mind losing this transition all together. Not necessary for this project. I just don’t wanna see the dialog box every time I open it. Is installing this plugin pack the easiest way to do this? I wish there were a way to suppress it like “offline all” for missing media.

The only other thing I can think of is replace all the instances of that effect with a dissolve or other effect (or cut), the save under a new project name and work in the new project name from that point forward.
