Video streaks on 1920×1080
HPX 250 recording HD 1080 video and any movement of the subject or the camera produces streaks around the edges of the subject. I have been shooting primarily in 720 for a couple of years with this camera and never had that issue. It looks similar to a bitmap problem on graphics. I’ve seen it before with a flipcam, or a low end consumer camera shooting HD video. But why on my Panisonic high end?

Are you shooting progressive or interlaced video? It sounds as if it might just be good old fashioned interlacing. Are you shooting 24fps over 30 by chance?
