video skipping effect?
hi,
what i was wondering, how would i create an effect that looks like ahs would if the tracking were bad on it with those lines scanning across the screen, and then have the video cut to another clip in the middle of this?thanks!

The video malfunction plugin for After Effects is very good. Might not be exactly what you’re looking for though.
