video seems stretched
when i make my video and then compress it and play it back everythings fine except the whole composition and all its contents has been stretched a little wider than it was in after effects,any ideas why this is happening? its probably something obvious but im still kinda new to this.

In the Render Queue, go to the Output module. Is the Stretch option checked?

DId you change the pixel aspect ratio?
Are you looking at a non-square pixel video clip in a player that does not convert to square pixel display on a computer monitor?

no the stretch option is not ckecked, my composition is 720 576 D1 DV PAL (1.07) and im trying to play it in quicktime, media player etc and they all stretch it.
