  video renders out of synch with audio

  I have 2 media files (long meetings) that I have tried rendering twice(overnight)that come out with the audio out of synch by at least 2-3 secs.
  I searched the archived posts and I saw the same subject but no cure. any thoughts?

  any suggestions welcome
