    Hello!

I’m writing to ask help for rendering a video in sony vegas pro 13. The file format (asked by the TV Channel) is not valid in 2 section as i checked my rendered video with their approval software. In Sony Vegas i choosed to render in HD422 1920×1080-50i 50 Mbps, but i cannot switch audio channels in in the template from 2 to 8 (which is required).

PS: I already solved the channel problem with inserting buses, thanks to this page below:

    https://johnrofrano.com/training/video-tutorials/multichannel-render-template-in-vegas-pro/

The other problem, which I can’t do anything is shown in the picture below. VIDEO – FORMAT_SETTING_GOP – M=3 N=12 – and in my rendered video it’s Variable

My question is, how to solve this format setting problem?

    Thanks for any answers,
    Best Regards,

    ps: sorry for my english.

Exporting more than 2 channels of audio require you to use an MXF wrapper and in the advanced settings of render template, you have to assign each audio channel a bus. Then when it exports it will have up to 8 independent channels of audio. In broadcast, first 2 are the mixdown, 3 may be SOT, 4 is narration, 5 M&E, etc…. But once you assign each audio track to a bus, you can select it on export/render.
