Video Quality Check – Emergency
Hello everyone. I really require some urgent help and I would appreciate any advice from anyone.
For the past few days I’ve been editing away my friends wedding film. I’ve done similar projects in the past which haven’t been any problems.
When it came to filming my friends wedding film they were shot in:-
Resolution:- 1920×1080
Frame Rate:- 25 FPS
Data Rate: 21 – 22 MbpsThere are numerous of clips. In total there are over 80 clips each of which are just over few seconds if not minutes.
When it comes to editing the clips I tend to use Sony Vegas and After Effects.
Today after countless hours in my studio, my friend said the final outcomes tend to have less quality.
On some of the clips I’m compiling them together and using some projects files that have been bought from the internet. Each of these projects file that I have bought are high quality (1080p)
Why is my friend saying the final outcomes of both the compiled version and the project files bought from the internet “are less quality”. I’m getting really worried as I don’t see any “less quality” videos.
When I’m using Sony Vegas I compile few clips together each of which have the spec mentioned above and render using the pre-template available within Sony Vegas:-
MainConcept MPEG-2 = Blu-Ray 1920×1080-50i, 25 Mbps video Stream > Customize Template > Video Quality: 15 > Two-pass
And start rendering the video files.
Please someone share some light, I urgently need advice on how I could improve my video quality.
Thanks
