I have a project I am trying to do in Premier Pro. It a video around of a car. I would like to have a video where there are some speaking parts and some of them with speaking parts with pictures,
I am trying to create a video similar to this YouTube video.

Joshua, we will need you to be much more specific about what you are asking.
I do not see anything in a brief review of the video that would be difficult at all to edit in Premiere Pro. What are your specific questions and concerns?
