  “video preview unavailable” during capture

  I recently got Vegas pro 9 on Windows 7 64 bit system
  The capture box recognizes my V1U camera, controls it, captures footage, but only shows “video preview unavailable” during capture.

  It also is unable to recognize my Intensity Pro card for output monitor

  Any suggestions?
