Video Preview Settings Question
Hello Everyone, I have a series of photos on the timeline and my preview quality is set to “Preview Full”, but as the timeline plays the cursor passes ove the second photo and the quality changes to “Preview Half”. Why is this and how do I keep it set on “Preview Full” to view all of the timeline events? I’m using Vegas 9b.

This is a result of one of the many new features introduced in Vegas 9 Pro and here’s the Readme file on it:
Vegas can now automatically adjust the video preview size and quality to optimize frame rate during preview.
Right-click the Video Preview window and select Adjust Size and Quality for Optimal Playback if you want to emphasize frame rate during preview.
When the command is not selected, video quality is emphasized, and the frame rate will be reduced if necessary.BTW, this was one of the first new features I disabled when I got Pro 9 as I don’t care for it.

Thanks for your expert advice. Can you tell me how to adjust video levels in the preview while importing from VCR source? I am getting very dark pictures, compared to the source video. I know this seems like a simple problem, but I have been unable to make any adjustments
to the preview picture, and this might even result in a dark picture after rendering; which I have not done yet on the present project.
