    Hi there

I’m working on an Avid Media Composer Adrenaline. With After Effects and Photoshop.

Now i got into the video preview option in photoshop, but i can’t get it working.
It keeps saying that there is no device connected. (but i can’t change the video output (pal or ntsc) either, so he must see some tv)

The stupid thing is that after effects does give a preview on the tv.
(trough a IEEE 1394 (OCHI Compliant))

Does anyone know why i can’t get PS to work?
I know that the monitor input goes thew my Adrenaline box, but why does AE work with the IEEE 1394?

Photoshop currently only recognizes FW 400 only… even though the Avid uses FW…. it is not teh DV25 protocol… so it doesn’t work (while AE does). Send an email to photoshop@adobe.com and request that they add this feature.

EchoFire from Synthetic Aperture should add the functionality you want though
