  Video Podcast Compression

  OK I have a 15 minute Video Podcast that I’ve managed to compress down to 100MBs. However, I notice that Creative Cow is producing 20 Video podcasts that are only 74 MBs.

  What am I doing wrong? What setting should I be exporting to inside Adobe Media Encoder?
