  Video output problem

  I’m editing on a Avid media composer mojo version 3.0. I am working with these mxf files that are 720 60p. I am able to import and play them on my timeline but Its not out putting to my external monitor. I can only see the video playback on my computer monitor. It won’t let me change any format or video output options. I don’t have this problem when working with files that are 1080 24p. It gives me the format and video output options. Thanks for any help. I hope there is a setting somewhere that I don’t know about.
