Hello, I wanted ot have approx 10 video clips on the screen at one time. I know I can do this with taking each individual clip resizing and cropping them and then dithering the edges and then minimizing the Opacity a little and have all the clips (the same way) come in and overlap each other or fade in over each other speratically but tastefully and soothing.

Obviously I know how I can do this with the steps I just mentioned above – but is there an easier way or is there a filter in Final Cut that can do it quickly?

Digital Heaven has a $10.00 plug in that might speed things up for you. It won’t make the whole comp, but it will help speed up positioning/cropping of individual clips.
