Hi,

The Multibridge Extreme does both HDMI and DVI depending on what you have connected. The connection on the unit itself is DVI, but if you hook up a HDMI adapter and connected it to a HDMI capable display, Multibridge Extreme will know and work accordingly.

Anthony, we took posession of a Multibridge Extreme a few weeks ago.
We monitor on a Dell 24″ LCD. Great piece of hardware!

To answer your question, inside the box was a DVI-D to HDMI adapter.
