  Video mixer with picture-by-picture

  Any recommendations for a video mixer/switcher that can compose a picture-by-picture output? Lots have PIP, but for live recording corporate of events I want to have a 4:3 image composed beside a smaller image. Would be handy to have free reign to resize and place input video anywhere on the final output.
