Working on a project for a client. Downloaded assets from ftp server onto my harddrive. I can see and hear all the clips when I click on them individually on my hard drive.
When I open the project file he sent also via ftp that includes those clips, that I “Link Media” to assets that I have on my hard drive all I see in the CS6 project are green clips.
Everything in the bins and on the timeline is green. When I play the timeline or a clip in the bins I can hear the audio but I have no video just a green clip.
Does anyone have a solution to this?

Source Media: The files are .MOV files. H.264.
    System: iMac
    Mountain Lion OS X 10.8.2
3.06 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
    4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3
ATI Radeon HD 4850 512 MB

    THIS IS WHAT I GET.

    Thanks
    Mandla

Looks like a video codec issue, did it come from a WIN computer?
    Same versions of CS?

Well the .h264 files should be cross-platform but check – from what did the movie files come from?

They were sent via FTP, they were taken from the clients blue ray disk where they were stored.

No, no, no. From what camera? Or, did they re-compress on the WIN machine in a strange uncommon codec?
