  • Video looks grainy/compressed?

My videos have come up so much more grainy than usual all of a sudden with this rainbow tinge and I can’t figure out why. My camera only recently started doing this but I’ve tried changing up a lot of settings to try and fix it up and nothing seems to be working. Here’s a video of what it currently looks like https://vimeo.com/326236274. I would really appreciate any help!

I’m using an EOS 700D (t5i), my recording size was at 1280×720 50fps in that video but once i realised it could’ve been that i switched it to 1920×1080 25fps and it looked about the same, my image quality was M but once I realised that I changed it to raw and it still seemed to look the same then as well. I dragged the video straight from the SD card to my desktop. Do let me know if there’s any more information I can provide to help. Thanks!

Thank you for your reply! This hasn’t happened when taking video on my camera before. Here’s a video I took before this issue happened: https://vimeo.com/327515832. Could there be another reason for this?

Thank you for your reply! Unfortunately, I haven’t had this issue before in my videos. Here’s a video I took before this issue happened: https://vimeo.com/327515832. There doesn’t seem to be the same effect. Could there be another reason for this?
