Hi all,
since all web services have been mentioned in this topic (onlineflashtest.com, hardingtest.com and https://www.hardingtestonline.com), I will comment according to my experience:

https://www.hardingtestonline.com seems the cheapest (they have a 50% discount right now, but also without it) and works great (I wrote about it in a different topic). They also offer corrections (£40/h – pretty expensive). Seems very professional.

hardingtest is also pretty affordable, not sure about the fixing prices. But has ftp upload which I personally don’t like. They also have free re-test, not sure about the other two.

online flash test seems very straight forward, you can definitely trust them – it’s clearcast! But the prices are very high.

Just to give you an update on this, https://www.hardingtest.com is now fully automatic, providing virtually instant results 24 hours per day. We’ve also taken on board yours and others’ comments and made a browser-based upload option as well as the FTP option (the FTP option is particularly useful for very large file transfers).

It also gives the user the ability to upload multiple files to their user area and pick and choose the ones they wish to test as and when they are ready. Certificates for your previously tested footage are also available from the user area as well as being automatically emailed as soon as the test is complete.
